Flat Roofing w/ TPO (Theroplastic Polyolefin)

TPO is made of rubber-like materials that can be reprocessed and recycled like thermoplastic materials. The TPO membrane is flexible at low temperatures and does not contain chlorine, unlike other popular thermoplastic roofing options. Due to TPO not containing chlorine, it is an environmentally safe, “green” product.

Primary benefits of TPO roofing

• Ability to weld sheets together, resulting in a bond even stronger than the sheet itself
• A high level of reflectivity, especially the white TPO which can meet and exceed Energy Star performance levels.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Roofing

EPDM uses a rubber membrane which is applied without the use of an open flame. Instead it is applied using fully-adhered glue system, is loose-laid with gravel or mechanically fastened.

Seamed metal roofing protects the roof structure against the elements and allows water to drain away from the roof surface.
